- Contact form. Our contact form is a Google Form. When you submit it, the information you enter (such as your name, email, phone, and a short description of what you need) is stored in our Google account. Please do not include Social Security numbers, tax documents, or financial account numbers in the form.
- Appointment booking. Appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar. Google collects the name, email, and any details you enter when booking, and shares them with us.
- Secure client portal. Client tax and financial documents are exchanged only through our secure client portal, which is operated by our tax software provider. The portal has its own privacy and security terms.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and provide services you engage us for. Information about clients is handled under our engagement letter and applicable law, including the confidentiality rules that apply to tax return preparers.
Third-party services
This site relies on Google (Forms and Calendar), our tax software provider's client portal, and our website host. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the contact information you submitted through this website by emailing us. Some client records must be kept for set periods under tax law and professional rules.
